Our online service is now available through this website, where you can order an edited selection of our most popular items. These can be posted to you or we can now offer a contactless PICK UP FROM BEACONSFIELD SHOP service from the shop door.

PICK UP FROM BEACONSFIELD SHOP is available on Monday - Saturday between 9.00 am and 5.30 pm, just select 'Pick up from Beaconsfield in the shipping options at checkout. You will receive an email when we have prepared your order, but please allow 24 hours from when you place your order for your order to be ready.

Can I place an order by phone?

Yes you can ! Just call us on 01494 677990 Monday - Saturday between 9.00am and 5.30pm . We can also help you with products you may have seen in store that we haven't been able to put on this website. We have so many lovely products that it's impossible to put everything on the website! We can send you a secure payment link via SMS to your mobile phone and then arrange collection or delivery as appropriate.


Is it safe to use my payment card on your website?

We use the latest SSL encryption technology to transmit your personal and payment card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by iZettle, part of the PayPal group.


Conformity of goods.

We take every care to ensure the description and specification of our products is correct. However the specifications and descriptions on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by browser software or computer system used to view the products.


What if a product is listed as 'Sold Out'?

Sometimes products are sold out and are also discontinued from our inventory, but other times we may be waiting for more stock to arrive. If you wish to know if/when a product may be available then email us at info@miragifts.co.uk


Can I buy Gift Vouchers online?

Yes you can! Just go to 'Gift Vouchers' in Shop Mira Extras on our Home Page. Our Gift Vouchers are available as £5 and £10 and do not expire. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.


Can I redeem Gift Vouchers online?

Unfortunately we cannot accept Gift Vouchers as payment online. However, if there is something you wish to purchase using our Gift Vouchers, call us at the shop on 01494 677990 Monday - Saturday between 9.00am and 5.30pm and we can put your purchases aside and ask you to post your vouchers in payment to us at Mira, 7 Burkes Court, Burkes Road, Beaconsfield, HP9 1NZ. We will hold your chosen items for no more than 7 days whilst we wait for your vouchers to arrive, and stress that we are not responsible for vouchers that do not arrive with us. We would therefore suggest that you ensure you post them to us using a recorder/tracked delivery service.


My purchase is a gift. Can you send it directly to the recipient for me?

Yes we can! Just enter the address you wish your purchases to be delivered to at checkout.


Can you Gift Wrap my purchase for me ?

Just go to the 'Gift Wrap Service' in 'Shop Mira Extras' on our Home Page and add 'Gift Wrap' for EACH item in your basket. Please note that if purchasing Gift Wrap Service it has to apply to ALL items in your basket and you should purchase the same number of 'Gift Wrap Service' as you have items in your basket so they can be wrapped individually*. If you don't, then we will wrap your items together as best as we can. Your basket should not contain a mixture of items to be gift wrapped and not gift wrapped, or different Gift Wrap paper choices.

Gift Wrapping charge is £2.50 per item and each item is individually wrapped (*see above) with ribbon and a gift card. We have wrap for general purchases as well as pink baby and blue baby - images can be seen and selected in the 'Gift Wrap Service ' category.

NB the following ranges automatically come gift packaged : all jewellery purchases, Katie Loxton, Powder, Top Model

Can you send my 'Gift Wrap Service' item(s) directly to the recipient for me?

Just enter the address where you wish your purchases to be delivered to at checkout. We will write your gift card 'to' the name on your delivery address and 'from' the name on your payment details. You will need to place separate orders for items to be sent to different addresses.


Can you send a greetings card with a message of my choice on my behalf?

Yes we can ! Choose a card from the 'Card' category on our Home Page, then select and add your preferred postage (1st or 2nd class) in the Card & Message service found in the 'Card' category, (this can also be found in 'Shop Mira Extras') making sure to put the recipient's address as the delivery address.

Then email us at cardservice@miragifts.co.uk with the subject 'CARD MESSAGE' as soon as you have made payment. Include : your name; your order number and your message exactly as you want it written in your card.

Please note just one card per order please to avoid confusion.

We will endeavour to carry out your wishes but it does rely on you sending us your message email promptly.


How will I know if you have received my order?

You will receive an email confirming receipt of your payment and your order.


How will I know when my order has been shipped?

As soon as your order has been dispatched you will be sent an email to confirm it's on its way together with the tracking number. We will endeavour to dispatch all orders with 24 hours of receiving them.


Do you have a Pick Up From Shop service?

Yes we do! Contactless Pick Up From Beaconsfield Shop is available from the store on Monday - Saturday between 9.00am and 5.30pm, and can be selected in the postage options at Checkout - Please select 'Pick up from Beaconsfield'.

Please allow 24 hours from when you pay for your order before you come and collect your items. The store is located at Mira, 7 Burkes Court, Burkes Road, Beaconsfield, HP9 1NZ.


How much is delivery and how long does it take?

NB : Please select the correct option at checkout

For ORDERS OVER £25 delivery is FREE and are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For. *Please allow 3-5 working days from placing your order.

For ORDERS UNDER £25 delivery is £3.95 and are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For. *Please allow 3-5 working days from placing your order.

For more urgent orders TRACKED 24 is £8.00 for all order values and is sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked & Signed For, and normally arrives the *next business day from day of dispatch. (NB dispatch will normally be the day after placing your order so allow *2 business days)

All orders are sent using Royal Mail.

We currently only deliver orders placed online to the U.K. Please email us at info@miragifts.co.uk should you wish to order anything and you are from any other country.

*Please Note: delivery times are for guidance only and are as given by Royal Mail. Please allow a little extra time during this period of difficulty for operational problems that may occur from time to time at Royal Mail due to Coronavirus. We cannot take responsibility for purchases not received with this guidance so please allow plenty of time for your purchases to arrive.


What should I do if something is wrong with my order?

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order please email us at mira@miragifts.co.uk and we will do our very best to put it right for you.


How do I return an item?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and wish to return it for a refund, please ensure that the goods you return are in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging, with the invoice as proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt (currently extended due to Coronavirus) to: Returns Department, Mira Retail Ltd, 7 Burkes Court, Burkes Road, Beaconsfield, HP9 1NZ.

We will issue a full refund to the card used to pay for the order, (excluding any delivery charges if returned more than 14 days from receipt) . Please allow up to 10 days for a your refund from the date we receive the goods. Please note: the cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods to us is your responsibility. We therefore recommend you use a recorded delivery system.

Should you wish to return any items in person to the store please note that the above conditions still apply.

You have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and to receive a full refund for the cancelled goods and the delivery charges.

Please Note : Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.


How do I exchange an item?

If you find you need an alternative colour or size of an item that you have ordered, please make a request to us via email at mira@miragifts.co.uk and we will let you know if the required item is available. If it is we will send it to you free of charge once we receive your item you wish to exchange. We will hold your exchange item for a maximum of 14 days.

Please note: the cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods to us is your responsibility. We therefore recommend you use a recorded delivery system. Please ensure that the item you return for exchange is in perfect saleable condition, in its original packaging, with the invoice as proof of purchase marked with the item you wish in exchange to: Returns Department, Mira Retail Ltd, 7 Burkes Court, Burkes Road, Beaconsfield, HP9 1NZ.

Should you wish to return any items in person to the store please note that the above conditions still apply.
